Description

The butter keeper is about 4 1/2 inches tall and the base is about 4 inches wide. 

Directions: Pour about 1/2 inches of water into the base, changing the water every 4 or 5 days. Pack the softened butter firmly into the cup of the lid. Replace it into the base of the crock to create an airtight seal. Add a small amount of salt to the water if using unsalted or low salt butter.
