Butter Keeper

Description

The butter keeper is about 4 1/2 inches tall and the base is about 4 inches wide.

Directions: Pour about 1/2 inches of water into the base, changing the water every 4 or 5 days. Pack the softened butter firmly into the cup of the lid. Replace it into the base of the crock to create an airtight seal. Add small amount of salt to the water if using unsalted or low salt butter.
